We want you to absolutely love your nails. Every set is handcrafted to order with care and precision — please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Because our products are handmade-to-order, our return policy is different from standard retail. Please read all sections to understand what is and isn't covered.

1.  Our No-Return Policy

Because every nail set is handmade specifically for you after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

       Change of mind

       Ordering the wrong size or color

       The item not matching your expectations based on personal preference

       Damage caused by improper application or removal

We strongly encourage you to review all product photos, read the full description, and message us with any questions before purchasing.

2.  When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We do cover the following situations — your satisfaction matters to us:

2a. Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives physically damaged due to shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.

To qualify, you must:

       Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation date

       Provide clear photos of the damaged item AND the outer packaging

       Include your order number in your message

2b. Wrong Item Received

If we made an error and sent the wrong design, shape, or color, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement at no cost to you.

To qualify, you must:

       Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

       Provide a photo of what you received vs. what you ordered

       Include your order number

2c. Significantly Not as Described

If the item you received is significantly different from the product listing in a way that is our error, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit. Minor color variations due to screen settings are not eligible.

3.  How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Follow these steps to submit a claim:

       Step 1 — Contact us via email at [your email address] or message us on Instagram @[your handle].

       Step 2 — Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

       Step 3 — We will respond within 1–2 business days to assess your claim.

       Step 4 — If approved, we will process your refund or begin creating your replacement set.

Important: Claims submitted after the stated timeframes will not be accepted. Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue.

4.  Refund Processing Times

If your refund is approved, please allow the following timeframes:

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. We are not able to refund to a different card or account.

5.  Replacements

If a replacement is approved, we will begin crafting your new set within 1–3 business days. Standard processing and shipping times apply to replacement orders.

You do not need to return the original damaged item unless specifically requested by our team.

6.  Sizing Issues

We provide a detailed size chart with every listing and offer free custom sizing — please measure your nails carefully before ordering.

If you ordered the wrong size and the nails do not fit:

       We are unable to offer a cash refund for sizing errors made by the customer.

       We may offer a store credit at our discretion, valid for 12 months.

       If you are unsure about sizing, please message us before placing your order — we are happy to help!

7.  Custom Orders

Custom orders (custom color, custom design, custom size requested by the customer) are final sale and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

By placing a custom order, you agree to these terms.

8.  Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are final sale. They are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

9.  Allergic Reactions

Our nails are made with premium gel products. If you have known sensitivities to acrylic or gel products, please consult with a professional before purchasing.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions. We recommend doing a patch test before full application.

10.  Disputes & Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issue fairly and quickly.

If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact, we reserve the right to provide transaction evidence to the payment provider.
