We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL, and tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. We’ll assist you as much as possible to locate it.
Address Errors

We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
